Problem with an Order?

If there is a problem with your product(s), please read the information below:

Return/Exchange/Refund

• Need to return an item? You may return an item within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for a full refund (less shipping, handling, and restocking fee).

• A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all unopened returns.

• There will be no refund or exchange on opened products after the 30-day period.

• If your return is due to our error or you received damaged or defective items, please notify AJ Productions, Inc at 1-877-399-4642 within the 30 day period. We will ship a prepaid envelope for you to use to return the damaged/defective item(s). Replacements will be shipped when we receive the defective items. There will be no cost to you.

• We will only process refunds for products purchased directly from AJ Productions, INC.

• We will not accept returns of black market copies of our products under any circumstances.
  
  
• Any order canceled that has not been shipped out will be charged a $2.50 processing fee.
